A high-performance Duorock insulation variant made from layered fiberglass, precisely compressed to achieve an extra-dense structure (120 kg/m³). This high-density composition delivers superior sound insulation and enhanced thermal protection, making it an ideal solution for walls and ceilings that require greater comfort, higher efficiency, and long-term durability.
Made from high-quality materials, long-lasting, and resistant to damage.
Free from harmful substances, safe for skin contact and respiratory health.
High performance with a more efficient and competitive price point.
Lightweight and dense structure allows for easier and more efficient installation.
Effectively reduces noise with high sound absorption performance (NRC 1.2).
Reduces external heat and helps maintain indoor temperature stability, including in air-conditioned spaces, while maintaining structural stability in humid conditions.

1. Lay the roof mesh over the purlins. This wire mesh functions as a support to prevent the Duorock insulation from sagging. Secure it using screws at every purlin intersection point.
2. Install the aluminium foil layer over the roof mesh. Ensure all joints overlap by approximately 10 cm, then seal them using aluminium tape to prevent any air or vapor leakage.
3. Place Duorock insulation over the foil layer, ensuring each board is tightly fitted without gaps. Cut Duorock using a sharp saw according to the spacing between purlins.
4. Once the insulation is properly installed, install the battens or roof framing according to the design plan, then secure them using screws.
5. Install spandek or metal roofing sheets on top of the battens. Use SDS (Self-Drilling Screws) with sufficient length beyond standard requirements to ensure the roofing sheets are firmly and securely fastened.
