1. Determine the installation position and mark the area. Draw a cut-out pattern on the roof with a size of approximately 50 × 65 cm up to 50 × 70 cm using a marker.
2. Lay the flashing sheet over the installation area, covering the marked section. Secure it to the roof structure using screws at 20 cm intervals to prevent movement.
3. Cut the roof along the marked outline using metal shears. Ensure clean edges and remove any debris to prevent potential corrosion.
4. Insert the upper part of the base flashing beneath the flashing sheet to prevent water ingress. Secure the base flashing to the roof structure using a drill and screws around the perimeter.
5. Install the ventilator collar (neck) on top of the base flashing, then fasten it securely with screws.
6. Place the Ozvent turbine unit on top of the collar and secure it with screws. Apply sealant to all screw heads and along the joints between the base flashing and the flashing sheet. Ensure there are no gaps that could allow rainwater to enter.
